1. Inquiry

- Listening to you and understanding your background and object, we will propose the fast and better way to get an approval.

3. Quotation
- Based on the consultation, we will propose and explain our services, required documents to be prepared by client, schedule for further application process and fees etc.

4. Contract
- Once you are satisfied with the quote, contracting is done in a face-to-face meeting.
- Down payment of 50% of the fee is required after the contract.

5. Application preparation, application, and correspondence between the immigration authorities
- Receiving the down payment, we promptly start to prepare application documents, and as soon as the application is ready, we will submit the application to the authorities on your behalf.
- We also respond to inquiries from the immigration authorities after submission of the application
- Balance payment is required after submission of the application

6. Permission and handing over
- We will receive and hand over your residence card, permit etc.
7. In case of disapproval
- Inquiring the authorities about the reasons of disapproval, and if re-application can be done within 1 year, we will reapply for visa without additional charge.
